Hancock Spring Extravaganze Carnival

Spring Carnival at Hancock Elementary
Our mission is to Follow Jesus and Make a Difference.
Hancock Elementary is our “adopted” Cy-Fair school and on April 28th, with our sponsorship, they will be holding a Spring Extravaganza.  Through volunteering to run games, grill hot dogs, and various other ways we can make a difference for the students and their families. Look for sign-up sheets in the Gathering Area or contact Brad@STLHouston.org or Caroline@STLHouston.org with any questions or for more information.  Let’s wear our Follow Jesus shirts and Make a Difference!

Hancock Elementary does not have a PTO and relies completely on community support to engage their students and provide additional needed resources for classroom learning.  The carnival is a fundraiser for them and through our sponsorship, they will be able to keep all funds raised for educational resources.

If you would like to volunteer, please sign up at the table in the Gathering Area any Sunday or Wednesday night, or contact Caroline Gray at Caroline@STLHouston.org

Heaven Worship Series

Coming in January! New Message Series on “Heaven.”

Are you looking forward to heaven? Have you ever wondered…. what is heaven going to be like? What will we look like? What will our lives be like? What will it be like to see God and be in His presence? What will our lives and relationships be like? What about animals? What will we do in heaven? Will it be boring?

What did Jesus say about heaven? What did Jesus say about hell?

These are all vital questions, and yet the average person makes more plans for a 10 day vacation than we do for our “eternal destination.”

Join us for this 6 week series and learn from the Bible what God wants us to know about Heaven. And the next time you hear someone say, “I can’t imagine what Heaven will be like,” you’ll be able to say, “I can.”
